01Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.Implement ITIL processes and best practices within the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.Manage and maintain CMDB, including data modeling and configuration management best practices.Utilize discovery tools such as UCMDB or Flexera to enhance IT infrastructure visibility and operations.Perform agent installation, API integrations, and discovery configurations.Work in hybrid IT environments including Azure, GCP, VMware, and Oracle platforms.Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation processes.Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal platform performance.Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Experience Required:6 - 14 years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.Experience in CMDB management and data modeling.Working knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Exposure to hybrid cloud environments (Azure, GCP, VMware, Oracle).Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or PowerShell is preferred.Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Harness and automation tools like Ansible is an added advantage.Education: Any Graduation .
