Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and CMDB modules.Drive and manage Workday integrations and enterprise integrations using REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and BOT APIs.Provide hands-on development support using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting best practices.Own end-to-end solution delivery including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. .
