Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications. Implement and support ITSM and ITBM modules. Develop and manage Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and other platform components. Perform server-side scripting and platform customizations. Ensure scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with best practices.
Required Skills:-
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization . Expertise in ITSM & ITBM modules . Proficiency in Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs . Strong server-side scripting skills. Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
