Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.Lead end-to-end development, testing, deployment, and production support.Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.Ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow implementations.Required Skills:
410 years of ServiceNow development experience.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.Hands-on experience in one or more ServiceNow modules:ITSMITOMHRSDSPMSecOpsExperience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow platform architecture.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Preferred Expertise
AI & Automation: Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Azure AI/Copilot integrations.ITOM & CMDB: Discovery, MID Servers, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery.Quality Engineering: Automated Test Framework (ATF), regression testing, release validation, CI/CD.Preferred Certifications
