01Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and Flow Designer automations
Build and troubleshoot Integration Hub spokes and REST/SOAP integrations
Create and enhance Service Portal widgets, pages, and UI components
Develop and maintain Transform Maps and data load activities
Implement secure attachment handling and restricted APIs
Contribute to ITOM/ITSM/CSM or other module implementations
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities .
