Crux is Looking for:
Job DescriptionThe ServiceNow Developer role is responsible for configuring and developing capabilities within the ServiceNow platform
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules:
1. Create and customize Service Portals utilizing AngularJS and ServiceNow widgets, Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements
2. Implement and configure various ITIL processes in ServiceNow modulesDesign and implement REST and SOAP APIs for integration with external applications
3. Perform thorough testing of applications, troubleshooting and debugging as necessary
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation for development processes
5. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards
6. Provide support for application users and troubleshoot issues as they arise
7. Participate in deployments and continual service improvement initiatives
8. Work with user experience designers to adopt UI/UX best practices
9. Develop and implement training materials for end-users and administrators
10. Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features
11. Participate in Agile development methodology practices
12. Minimum of 4+ years ServiceNow development experience, including experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications with Create Now
13. Experience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, implementing security (including Access Control Lists)
14. Experience coding in Jelly and Angular
15. Minimum of 2+ years Service Portal development experience
16. Minimum of 4+ years general ServiceNow development experience
Qualifications3 - 6 Years, Any Degree
Additional InformationServiceNow ITSM Scripting and development + experience in Building Customs and scoped applications + Integration experience.
Certified System Administrator (OR) Certified Application Developer (OR) Certified Implementation Specialist is a must.
