Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building Indias first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry.
This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU), and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications, and artificial intelligence.

Job Opening: ServiceNow HRSD Architect (Integrations Focus)
We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow HRSD Architect
who can design smart HR solutions and lead complex system integrations. If you enjoy solving problems, building automated workflows, and connecting different HR systems together this role is for you.
What You Will Do
Lead the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) setup
on ServiceNow including Case Management, Employee Center, ESS/MSS, and Life Cycle Events.
Design endtoend HR processes:
workflows, SLAs, data models, and HR taxonomy.
Build integrations
between ServiceNow and:
SAP HR / HCM
Payroll systems
Identity management platforms (IDAM)
Mobile apps
Create automations
using Integration Hub, APIs, and Flow Designer.
Ensure HR data security and compliance
across the platform.
Use ServiceNows AI capabilities
(Now Assist, Copilots) to enhance HR user experience.
What Were Looking For
5+ years
of total ServiceNow experience.
Minimum 3 years
specifically working with HRSD.
Strong handson experience with integrations:
REST, SOAP
OIDC, SCIM
Good understanding of HR processes, compliance needs, and employee lifecycle.
Bachelors degree
in any discipline.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who has built or designed HRSD setups before, understands how HR systems talk to each other, and can create smooth, secure, automated employee experiences. .
