We are seeking for ServiceNow Operations Team Lead Position
Position Details:
Job Type: 6 Months extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys)
Location: Hyderabad
Timings : Regular working hours
Yrs of Exp: 10+ years of relevant experience
Job Description:
CSA certification is mandatory. CAD or other ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage.Overall 10-15 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow experience . Mandatory experience in Operations Management Knowledge in Agentic AI Should have executed Service Delivery Leadership role / Business Analyst / Operations Team Lead Familiar with SLAs, KPIs , Major Incident Management etcPrior experience in a client support organization or Managed Service Provider (MSP).Experience raising or escalating support tickets with ServiceNow is preferred.Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and professional writing skills.
