Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using GlideScript and JavaScript.
Configure and enhance ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, and Now Assist solutions.
Build AI-powered workflows and Agentic AI capabilities using ServiceNow.
Develop integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub Spokes.
Design workflows using Flow Designer and perform automation testing with ATF.
Participate in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and client workshops.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, ITIL standards, and quality guidelines.
