Your key responsibilities
As ServiceNow Senior Tester you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our ServiceNow Platform.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure robust and reliable application performance. Conduct manual exploratory testing for recent user stories and regression testing cycles to identify defects and ensure quality deliverables. Apply strong technical and functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules and business processes to design effective test cases and scenarios. Collaborate closely with Agile development teams to integrate testing activities within Agile sprints and deliver continuous feedback. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications, leveraging deep understanding of platform capabilities and configurations. Manage and execute testing strategies involving large data sets and complex ServiceNow implementations, ensuring comprehensive coverage and performance. Utilize various testing techniques and tools to enhance test effectiveness and efficiency, adapting to project needs and evolving requirements.
