01Responsibilities
Lead the migration planning, design, and execution of HPSM to ServiceNow transition.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and migration of historical and active records (Incidents, Changes, Problems, etc.).
Analyze and replicate existing HPSM workflows into ServiceNow using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Workflows.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
Work closely with ServiceNow developers and architects to configure/customize modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.).
Perform rigorous testing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data and process accuracy.
Provide cutover planning, go-live support, and post-migration troubleshooting.
