01Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Service Cloud features such as Console, Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge, and CTI integrations. Write robust, scalable, and efficient Apex code, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components. Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other relevant technologies. Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Collaborate closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, QA, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in release management, change management, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform. ##LI-DNI
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with significant experience in Service Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (workflows, process builder, flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, permissions). Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata API). Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies for Salesforce e.g Copado Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in an Agile development workplace.
