Project Manager / Senior Project Manager eLearning Solutions

About the Role
As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager eLearning Solutions you will own end-to-end project execution for a wide range of custom learning solutions. Youll work directly with global clients, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with outstanding quality. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands adult learning principles and thrives in the dynamic world of digital learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations
- Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery
- Ensure high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, and media specialists
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
- Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers
- Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution
- Provide clear, structured feedback to team members and stakeholders
- Manage project reporting, including billing and MIS documentation
- Engage and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely, quality results
- Optimize resource utilization across tools, bandwidth, and partnerships
Job requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 10+ years of experience in the eLearning industry, delivering high-impact learning solutions
- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space
- Proven track record leading project teams of 15+ across the full delivery lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Instructional Design is a strong advantage
- PMI or equivalent Project Management Certification highly desirable
