01Requirements
Advise on admiralty, maritime laws, ship arrests, marine claims, and international conventions.
Work with P&I Clubs, shipowners, charterers, insurers, port authorities, DG Shipping, and customs.
Support on cross-border transactions, marine insurance, port operations, and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Background:
Indian-qualified lawyer with LL.B. and optionally LL.M. (maritime law specialization preferred)
Experience at a top-tier law firm, specialist maritime law firm, or in-house shipping/logistics company
Memberships in maritime law associations (e.g. CMI, Indian Maritime Law Association) will be valued.
