Ensure compliance with shipping laws, customs regulations, and safety standards

Monitor shipping schedules, freight costs, and delivery performance

Oversee preparation and accuracy of shipping documents (invoices, BL, packing lists)

Resolve shipping delays, damages, and customer delivery issues

Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for shipment planning

Implement cost-control and process improvement initiatives

Maintain shipping records, reports, and performance metrics

Ensure proper handling, packaging, and labeling of goods
