01Key Responsibilities
1. Educate clients, architects, and homeowners on product features, quality differentiators, and long-term ROI to justify premium pricing and upselling opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local architects, interior designers, and general contractors to drive pipeline growth.
3. Monitor showroom inventory, manage sample libraries, and ensure all marketing collateral and price lists are current and accessible.
4. Oversee projects seamlessly from initial consultation and order placement through to delivery and final installation.
5. Track recurring issues and collaborate with operations to refine processes, minimizing future errors and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
