- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka / Hyderabad, Telangana
- Travel: Willingness to undertake extensive travel across India (Pan-India) as required for project and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day CSR & skilling project operations.
- Coordinate with training partners, CSR partners, employers & internal teams.
- Manage MIS, documentation, attendance, assessments & reports.
- Track project targets, timelines, deliverables & placements.
- Support smooth training execution and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of experience in CSR, Skilling, Training Operations or Project Coordination.
- Strong MIS, coordination & communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Skill Development ecosystem is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
