Act as an SME for AR and Denials processes in hospital billing Provide floor support and resolve complex queries and escalations Guide team members on process workflows, updates, and best practices Monitor daily operations and ensure productivity targets are met Analyze operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities Drive process efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives Assist in knowledge transfer, process transitions, and documentation Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and client requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 4 years of experience in AR and Denials (Hospital Billing) Strong understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM) operations Hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations and process improvements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work from office (WFO) and flexible with night shifts Preferred: Prior experience as an SME or Team Lead in healthcare operations Experience in handling team performance and operational reporting Why Join Us Opportunity to take ownership as a process expert Work in a fast-paced healthcare operations environment Growth and leadership development opportunities Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume.
