Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise WAN and Versa SD-WAN environments.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Versa SD-WAN solutions.
Support routing, QoS, segmentation, IPSec VPNs, and WAN services.
Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and service improvements.
Coordinate with customers, ISPs, vendors, and internal teams.
Create SOPs, knowledge base articles, and mentor team members.
