Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to drive SME Term Loan business in the Thrissur region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing and managing SME customers, leading sales activities, and achieving business targets in the lending domain.
Key Responsibilities
Drive SME Term Loan business growth through direct sourcing and channel development.
Acquire and manage recent SME customers and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for disbursements and revenue.
Develop and manage referral partners, DSAs, and business associates.
Conduct customer meetings, financial discussions, and preliminary credit assessments.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Lead branch-level sales initiatives and ensure high productivity.
Candidate Profile
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in SME Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Working Capital, or Term Loan sales.
Solid network among SME customers and local business communities in Thrissur.
Good understanding of financial statements and credit assessment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Preferred Experience
NBFC, Banking, Housing Finance, or Financial Services background.
Existing SME customer and channel partner network in Thrissur market.
