Social Media Marketing (SMO) InternCompany Electroglobal Solution Pvt. Ltd. Location Jaipur (On Site) Program Structure Our internship program is designed to help passionate candidates build real industry skills before working on live projects. Phase 1: Training Program Duration: First 2 Months You'll undergo an intensive training program where you'll learn the fundamentals of content strategy, social media marketing, consumer psychology, platform algorithms, AI tools, and practical marketing skills while working closely with experienced mentors. Phase 2: Paid Internship Duration: 6 Months After successfully completing the training program, selected candidates will move into a paid internship with a stipend of up to 10,000 per month, where they'll work on real projects, campaigns, and business challenges. Phase 3: Pre Placement Offer (PPO) Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance during the internship may receive a Pre Placement Offer (PPO) of up to 7 LPA, based on their skills, learning ability, ownership, and overall performance. Key Responsibilities As an SMO Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to plan, research, and execute content strategies across different social media platforms.
