Job Description Social Media & Content Specialist Experience: 2 - 4 years Location: Kochi, kerala Role Overview The role requires someone who understands social media deeply, has strong content instincts, good aesthetic sense, and can convert our ideas, projects, case studies, events, and AI film outputs into consistent, high-performing social media content. We are looking for a young, sharp, social-first candidate who has proven experience in growing social media pages, ideally with case studies or examples of successful page/profile growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute our social media content across platforms. Convert editorial ideas into reels, carousels, posts, stories, LinkedIn content, and campaign ideas. Track trends, platform behaviour, audience interests, and content formats that can work for Storia. Maintain consistency in posting, content quality, brand tone, and visual presentation. Work with designers, editors, AI artists, and the marketing team to package content effectively. Improve reach, engagement, recall, and authority for Storia as an AI film production brand. Analyse content performance and suggest improvements based on audience response. Ideal Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, reels, carousels, and short-form content. Proven experience managing or growing social media pages/profiles. Good understanding of trends, hooks, audience psychology, engagement, and viral content behaviour. Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to judge whether content looks premium and brand-worthy. Good writing skills for captions, post copy, and basic content structuring. Interest in AI, filmmaking, advertising, branded content, and digital storytelling. They should be able to look at Storias work and identify how it can be turned into strong social media content that builds visibility, engagement, and brand recall.
