Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive

Looking for a creative, energetic and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can take complete ownership of our digital presence and help us generate quality leads. We are looking for someone who is not just a social media operator, but a complete content creator and digital marketer who can ideate, create, shoot, edit, publish and promote engaging content. Key Responsibilities Create creative and engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platformsWrite scripts for Reels, short videos, educational content, promotional videos and wellness campaignsShoot professional videos and Reels using mobile/cameraEdit videos with strong hooks, captions, transitions, music and storytellingCreate and maintain a consistent content calendarManage and post content across social media platformsDevelop content around Yoga, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Meditation, Sound Healing, Marma Therapy, Corporate Wellness and Holistic HealthRun Meta and other digital advertising campaignsGenerate quality leads through paid and organic campaignsMonitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads and conversionsContinuously test new content ideas, creatives, audiences and campaigns to improve resultsCoordinate with the wellness team for shoots, events, workshops and corporate sessionsStay updated with current social media trends, Reels formats, hooks and digital marketing strategiesWhat We Are Looking For 1 to 3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation or Digital MarketingStrong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Meta AdsExcellent video shooting and editing skillsGood scriptwriting and storytelling abilityComfortable appearing on camera or directing others during shootsUnderstanding of lead generation and performance marketingCreative mindset with an eye for premium and professional contentAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsKnowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools will be an advantageImportant This is a hands-on role. We are NOT looking for someone who only schedules posts or manages social media accounts.
