Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Sidlaghatta for a Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist. The specialist will plan, create, and schedule social media posts across relevant platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing and editing posts, creating basic visual assets or coordinating with designers, and responding to comments or messages to nurture online communities. The role involves monitoring social media metrics, analyzing engagement and reach, and recommending improvements to campaigns based on data. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with business objectives and support marketing initiatives, training programs, and BI service promotions. Qualifications Strong skills in social media management, including content planning, posting, and community engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging written content tailored to different audiences, with solid editing and proofreading capabilities.Experience in content marketing, including campaign execution, basic analytics review, and optimization based on performance metrics.Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as audience targeting, lead generation, and brand positioning.Familiarity with analytics or Business Intelligence concepts and interest in technology, AI, or cloud solutions is highly beneficial.Comfort working on-site in Sidlaghatta, with strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.Prior experience in a marketing, communications, or social media role; a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. .
