Role Description This is a part time work from home role for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive. The role involves managing social media channels, planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, and creating engaging content that promotes WayNova Learnings programs and brand. Responsibilities include developing social media calendars, writing and designing posts, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing content based on analytics. The executive will collaborate with academic and operations teams to translate educational offerings into clear, compelling messages for parents and learners. Day-to-day tasks also include community engagement, responding to inquiries, coordinating with external partners when needed, and ensuring consistent brand voice across all digital platforms. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for planning and executing online campaigns. Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts, stories, and promotional materials. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with internal teams, and interaction with learners and parents. Candidates should have experience with social media analytics, basic SEO, and performance tracking tools. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced education environment and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Candidates with a bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field are preferred. Prior experience in edtech, online learning, or child-focused brands will be considered an added advantage. .
