Social Media Executive & Creative Designer This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Executive role based in the Pune Division. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to showcase corporate and social events, services, and brand initiatives. Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation. The Social Media Marketing Executive will collaborate with event planners, designers, and production teams to capture and promote event highlights, coordinate with external partners when needed, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines. The role also includes community management, responding to inquiries and comments, and staying updated on social media trends relevant to the events industry. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, publish, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms. Create Instagram Reels, short-form videos, event teasers, behind-the-scenes content, and event highlight videos. Edit reels and short-form video content using Instagram Edits, CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools. Attend events and client venues for on-site social media content shoots. Capture key event moments including dcor, performances, guest interactions, activities, branding, and overall event highlights. Work closely with event planners, designers, production teams, photographers, and videographers to ensure strong content coverage. Manage social media calendars, monitor performance metrics, and optimize content and campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation. Stay updated with current social media trends, reel formats, audio trends, and content strategies relevant to the events industry. Qualifications & Requirements Strong skills in social media content creation, basic video editing, copywriting, and platform-specific content creation. Hands-on knowledge of Instagram Edits, CapCut, Canva, or similar video/design tools. Basic knowledge of mobile photography, videography and shooting techniques. Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Comfortable working in a fast-paced live-event environment and adapting to changing schedules. Own vehicle is required/preferred for travelling to event venues and handling on-site content requirements.
