Social Media Manager

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing goals, brand identity, and target audience demographics. 2. Manage all aspects of our social media channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity. 3. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets. 4. Plan and schedule social media content calendars, coordinating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and relevant posts. 5. Monitor social media trends, conversations, and audience insights to identify opportunities for content creation, engagement, and community building. 6. Engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and customer loyalty. 7. Implement social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creative development, targeting, and performance tracking, to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. 8. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop social media assets, including graphics, videos, and other visual content, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our audience. 9. Analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms. 10. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track and communicate key social media metrics, insights, and trends to internal stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a social media manager, social media strategist, or similar role, with a strong track record of managing social media accounts and implementing successful social media campaigns. 3. In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends, with hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and social media advertising. 4. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, and captions that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. 5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar, to schedule posts, analyze performance, and track metrics. 6. Creative thinking and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to conceptualize and create compelling visual content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, for social media. 7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance and achieve marketing objectives. 8. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail. 9.
