Were building products that solve the everyday makeup challenges for women have been taught to accept - from foundations that look grey to lip shades that disappear on deeper skin. Were looking for someone who is obsessed with content and storytelling. Your job is to make people care about RINIROY BEAUTY - through stories, ideas, conversations and content that people actually want to watch and share. Were looking for a content manager who understands culture, trends and what makes people stop scrolling. Find the story in everything - a product, a customer, a conversation, a trend and turn it into content people want to watch and share. Create Reels, UGC and short-form content from idea to execution Write hooks, scripts and concepts and help bring them to life. Shoot and edit content yourself Help shape RINIROYs voice, personality and presence online. 23 years experience in creating and managing content for brands, including conceptualising, shooting and editing content. ~ Comfortable shooting and editing short-form content. ~ Strong storytelling and creative instincts. ~ Can identify why a piece of content works and not just what is trending. ~ Beauty/fashion/lifestyle experience is a plus, but outstanding content instincts matter more than industry experience. ~ Proficient in Canva and comfortable using tools like CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or other content creation/editing tools. .
