As Social Media Manager, you are the "voice" of Gusher and a main touch-point for the way our audience experiences us. So, you gotta be good with people and energized by outreach, interaction, and chatting. Here's some of the things you're great at:
High-level copywriting and language skills. Ability to communicate and interact with the community in a super-hero way.
Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok
Basic design and aesthetic skills. You can navigate Canva and generate templates, pieces, and content if a designer isn't available.
Love of people.
Creative. You can brainstorm and find new ways to recycle content and do the most with the least.
Organized. You are able to put together monthly social media schedules, delegate tasks to designers, and plan ahead.
Previous experience as a social media manager or digital marketer a plus
