Social Media Management Plan and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business goals.Create and manage content calendars.Publish posts, carousels, stories, reels, shorts, and platform-specific content.Write engaging captions and social copy aligned with the brand voice.Maintain consistency across all social platforms.Coordinate with design, marketing, and product teams.Engage with followers, comments, and messages.Monitor trends, competitor activity, and viral content.Continuously improve engagement, reach, and brand awareness. Meta Ads (Primary Responsibility) Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.Build audience targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.Execute retargeting campaigns.Manage campaign budgets efficiently.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audiences.Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce acquisition costs.Configure and monitor Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.Manage Traffic, Engagement, Lead Generation, Sales, and Catalog campaigns.Scale high-performing campaigns.Deliver monthly campaign reports with actionable insights. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs across organic and paid campaigns.Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities.Prepare monthly reports with recommendations.Make data-driven decisions to improve results. What We're Looking For 24 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.Experience managing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.Knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.Strong copywriting and communication skills.Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.Creative mindset with excellent execution.Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
