Role Description The Social Media Marketing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media marketing campaigns across platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement for Allzones healthcare services. Day-to-day activities include creating and scheduling posts, managing social media calendars, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting on metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions. The consultant will handle community management by responding to comments and messages, fostering positive interactions, and maintaining brand voice. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align content with marketing objectives, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve online presence and lead generation. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Advertising to plan and run effective campaigns. Candidates should possess solid Community Management and Communication skills to engage audiences and maintain a consistent brand voice. Candidates should possess foundational Digital Marketing skills, including understanding of SEO basics, analytics, and campaign optimization. Relevant experience in managing social media platforms for B2B or healthcare-related services is beneficial. Ability to analyze data, prepare performance reports, and use insights to refine strategies is preferred. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is advantageous. Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and collaboration skills. .
