Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow the company's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, creative development, audience engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and social media campaign execution to promote the company's ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and Software Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.
Plan monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
Design creatives, banners, carousels, and promotional posts using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content for social media.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and campaign copy to maximize engagement.
Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions while ensuring timely responses.
Execute organic and paid social media campaigns to generate brand awareness and leads.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for campaign planning and promotions.
Track social media performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media practices.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign planning, and productivity.
