Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, run digital campaigns, and generate quality business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social platforms.

• Plan content calendars and coordinate posts, reels, videos and creatives.

• Run and monitor social media/paid campaigns for lead generation.

• Generate and track leads and coordinate timely handover to the Sales team.

• Monitor social media analytics, CPL, engagement and campaign performance.

• Conduct competitor and market research and suggest new content ideas.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required Skills:
Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Planning, Lead Generation, Meta Ads, Instagram Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Analytics, Campaign Reporting and Competitor Analysis.

Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Builder/Property Marketing, Banking/NBFC, Home Loans, Financial Services or Digital Marketing Agencies will be an advantage.

Education: Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, BBA/MBA or related field.
