Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at Tromenz Solutions Pvt Ltd .

The candidate will be responsible for managing LinkedIn marketing activities, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, engaging with prospects, and coordinating with the Sales team for lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage LinkedIn accounts for marketing and business development activities.
• Conduct market research to identify target markets, countries, industries, and potential clients.
• Identify and connect with prospective clients through LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Engage with prospects through LinkedIn messaging and live chat.
• Generate and qualify leads based on business requirements.
• Maintain and update prospect and lead databases.
• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule calls/meetings.
• Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for smooth lead handover.
• Maintain records of lead-generation activities and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements:

Any Graduate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms.
Strong networking, research, and follow-up skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Freshers and candidates with 03 years of relevant experience can apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to 20,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to 30,000
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM (Morning) / 12 PM to 9 PM (Afternoon) 
Location: Dwarka Sector 17, Delhi
Work Mode: Work From Office
