You are:
A digital enthusiast with knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
A professional with great analytical skills;
Confident user of MS Excel, MS Power Point;
An expert with the ability to deliver detail reporting;
Confident in English and French on Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal);
A great communicator and a team player.
With you we will:
Analyze online data that is relevant to Brands/Nestl based on sentiment, product category, marketing activities (Product experience, Packaging, Customer Relations management);
Monitor and analyze online contents regarding Nestl brand and its products in the Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, websites etc.) and prepare reports using web analytics application;
Provide alerts about all online Nestl social media channels;
Prepare reports using data analytics;
