Software Consultant - AEP

AEP Expertise & Implementation: Design and implement scalable AEP solutions using components like Real-Time Customer Profile, Data Lake, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Real-Time CDP. Lead data ingestion and transformation processes, ensuring compatibility with XDM (Experience Data Model) standards. Adobe Experience Cloud Product Integration: Integrate and manage tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch (Tags). Develop and manage end-to-end customer journeys using AEC tools. Data Engineering & Query Management: Manage customer data using SQL, NoSQL, and Adobe Query Service. Implement ETL workflows, batch ingestion, and event-driven architectures for streaming data. Identity & Access Management: Handle identity resolution strategies within AEP using Identity Graph and identity stitching techniques. Ensure data compliance, governance, and IAM (Identity and Access Management) practices are in place. API Development & Automation: Work with AEP APIs for automation, custom integrations, and extending platform capabilities. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline deployments and ensure reliable delivery. Cloud & Big Data Technologies: Leverage cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data tools (e.g., Kafka, Spark, Hadoop) for scalable data management and analytics. Additional

Segment audiences based on behavior and profile attributes to drive targeted engagement. Design, optimize, and automate customer journey orchestration. Utilize machine learning and data science models to deliver personalized customer experiences. Ensure data privacy, governance, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and product teams to drive data-driven strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field. 58+ years of experience in marketing technology, data engineering, or customer data platforms. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Cloud tools. Strong scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java. In-depth knowledge of API integrations, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert AEP Developer / Architect). Experience with RAG, ML-based segmentation, or personalization at scale. Background in customer data privacy and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with Adobe Sensei and AI-powered personalization tools. .
