Qualifications Required
- 12+ years of experience in building scalable applications/products
- Experience in the Financial Services/Banking domain is a plus
- Experience in building enterprise applications using Java
- 4+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
- Ability to lead and manage projects across functions
- Proactive approach with focus on driving results
- Prior success in hiring and mentoring Software Engineers
- Strong technical leadership and architectural skills
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
