JOB DESCRIPTION We have an exciting and rewarding chance for you to take your software engineering career to the next level Job Summary As a DevOps Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer Community Banking Risk division you will play a pivotal leadership role in maintaining the operational stability availability and performance of our production services Your responsibilities will include identifying troubleshooting and resolving issues to guarantee a seamless user experience Job Responsibilities Provide end-to-end application and infrastructure service delivery for successful business operations Execute policies and procedures ensuring engineering and operational stability Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard observability tools Escalate and communicate issues and solutions to business and technology stakeholders Lead incident problem and change management in support of full stack technology systems Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3 years applied experience Proficiency on AWS Cloud Platform with system design application development testing and operational stability Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Helm chart Experience in designing deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters across various environments Experience in Kubernetes Terraform Python and Shell scripting technologies Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery tools like Jenkins Ability to set up monitoring logging and alerting for Kubernetes clusters using Grafana Prometheus and Splunk Strong SQL skills PostgreSQL AWS RDS Aurora Teradata is preferred but experience in any other RDBMS technology would suffice Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills Having Databricks knowledge is an added advantage Ability to lead by example and guide the team with technical expertise Ability to identify risks issues for the project and manage them accordingly Experience with PostgreSQL AWS RDS Aurora or Teradata preferred ABOUT US .
