Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on project requirements and specificationsCode Review and Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standardsCollaboration: Work closely with onshore teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutionsDebugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software defects and performance issuesDocumentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and system architectureContinuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to existing systems, tools, and processesVersion Control: Use tools like Git for source code management and collaborationTesting: Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in system testing to ensure software reliabilityAgile Practices: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of Agile development methodologiesSupport and Maintenance: Provide support for production systems, including monitoring, incident resolution, and performance optimizationLearning and Development: Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to enhance skills and contribute to the team as a AI BuilderComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
