Were hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our MSCI project to drive a critical Identity & Entitlement Platform Modernization initiative.
This is a DevOps + Developer role, combining strong hands-on development with Node.js + Golang and solid DevOps, CI/CD, and Terraform expertise.
In this role, youll build enterprise integration services, support large-scale platform migrations, manage Infrastructure as Code, and develop secure, scalable backend systems.
Location: Pune, India

6+ years of experience with DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines
Strong hands-on development experience with Golang and Node.js
Proven expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture
Experience integrating complex enterprise applications across multiple systems
Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure
Upper-Intermediate English

What Youll Do
Build integration components connecting Identity & Entitlement services to a MuleSoft-based API integration layer
Develop backend services using Node.js and Golang
Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Migrate applications from direct Salesforce dependencies while maintaining backward compatibility
Execute production cutovers with rollback readiness
Validate entitlement and permission integrity across identity systems
Support entitlement data migration aligned with the new platform architecture
Contribute to end-to-end QA activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and client teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions
