Hands on developer with good technical and coding skillsActive interaction with onshore architect, technical leads and business analyst to understand requirements.Participate in solutioning and development of existing and new featuresDrive technical quality and delivery for a scrum teamWorks on complex user storiesProactive for looking at span of ownership and adjacent areas with a start-up mind set, demonstrates thought leadership and looks for value creation opportunities like process optimization, improvement in user experience, reduction in engineering costs, reduction in infra costs, reduction in cycle times, reduction in tech debt etcAdvises and supports Engineering Manager and Sr IC for creating case for new found opportunities, and works for funding from businessReviews and challenges requirements, wire-frames, features etc from point of view of business, user or customer, and suggests meaningful changes resulting into better functional designAnalyses and investigatesProvides explanations and interpretations within area of expertiseDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-makingComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experienceB.E/B.TECH/MCA 3+ years of experience on full stack Java and Angular based developmentGood hands-on experience on Springboot applications with high configurabilityExperience on Cloud computing technologiesGood knowledge on Azure Cloud and KubernetesUnderstanding of functional area and featureGood understanding of who are end users, who is customer, understanding of end-user pain pointsBasic understanding of AI and AI enabled developmentProven hands on in Database over various platformsProven solid object oriented programming skillsProven solid analytical skills and experience on proof of concept developmentProven good Team player, change/innovation agents and self-starter on different techsProven ready to take up any technical challenges and should be research oriented
