01Responsibilities
Engage in the full software development lifecycle, with a strong focus on coding, testing, and debuggingWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practicesCollaborate closely with team members to design, develop, and deploy new featuresOptimize and enhance the performance of existing software applicationsCommunicate effectively and regularly with management and technical support teamsCommunicate with internal and external stakeholdersSupport security initiatives and implement necessary vulnerability fixesParticipate in Scrum meeting, design reviews, test case reviews, and production support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for go/no go decisionIncident Management:Manage incidents that require more in-depth technical knowledge, including detailed troubleshooting and analysisMonitoring Systems:Continuously monitor the performance of IT systems and applications, ensuring that any potential issues are identified and addressed proactively, monitor splunk and create reports as neededDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-makingComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Undergraduate degree or equivalent experienceB.Tech / MCA / Msc / MTech2+ years of experience in the IT industry2+ years of experience Java / DeveloperExperience with Java concepts and patterns including Java, Eclipse, MavenHaving experience in AI would be considered an additional advantageSolid knowledge on JAVA,Kafka, MongoDB, Spring Boot, Microservices and Rest APIs, PythonPipelines, Artifactory, GIT, Unit Testing and MockingDatabase: MongoDBCloud Platforms and Technologies: Open Shift & AzureProven ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirementsProven solid problem solving, analytical kills, Good communication and presentation skills, Good attitude and self-motivated
