Software Engineering Lead Data (Full Stack Platform) Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architecture and pipelines for a full-stack platform (React + Python), ensuring seamless integration between ETL processes, backend services, and frontend data consumption . Design and own end-to-end data architecture (ETL API UI) Build and optimize scalable ETL/data pipelines Define data models, contracts, and governance standards Collaborate with frontend (React) and backend (Python) teams to enable efficient data consumption Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks Ensure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of data systems Establish CI/CD practices for data pipelines Mentor engineers and drive best practices in data engineering Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field - 15+ years of experience in software/data engineering, with 5+ years in technical leadership roles - Strong expertise in data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and scalable data platforms - Experience integrating data pipelines with backend services and frontend applications in full-stack environments - Strong hands-on experience with Python, APIs, cloud data platforms, CI/CD, and data quality/monitoring frameworks - Proven leadership experience in mentoring engineers, driving standards, and delivering enterprise-scale engineering solutions Preferred Qualifications - Masters degree in a relevant field - Experience with React-based platforms, Azure data ecosystem, data governance, and platform modernization - Experience in global delivery or consulting-led engineering environments Cloud and/or data engineering certifications Experience Level Senior Level .
