Lead, coach and support a team of Software Engineers in the development and maintenance of technology productsWorking with Product Management, develop the long-term strategy for your team and translate it into achievable goalsUnderstanding how all architectural elements of the software ecosystem work together and develop engineering and testing approaches that fit the overall strategyPush for decisions to be made effectively and remove blockers that impede team progress. Drive team goals forward by organising the team's work and setting appropriate milestones.Deliver regular updates within the team and to leadership
