Job Title: Software Sales Executive Experience: 35 Years CTC: Fixed Salary + 1,000 per Accepted Sales Qualified Lead Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven Software Sales Executive to promote enterprise software solutions, generate qualified leads, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify customer needs and deliver value-based solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify target customers and generate qualified sales leads Conduct cold calling, networking, and online outreach activities Deliver product demonstrations and explain software solutions to clients Build and maintain strong customer relationships Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Requirements 35 years of inside or field sales experience, including 23 years in enterprise software sales Experience selling ERP, CRM, BI, HRMS, Cloud, or related enterprise solutions Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proficiency in CRM tools and a bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle independently .
