01Key Responsibilities
Perform Manual and Automation Testing across Web, Mobile & APIs
Create Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases & Test Data
Drive end-to-end testing activities independently
Lead Defect Triage meetings with stakeholders
Review testing metrics and improve QA processes
Troubleshoot QA issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Mentor junior QA engineers
Collaborate with Development, Product and QE Managers
Contribute to automation and CI/CD implementation
Required Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Strong stakeholder management
Team player with mentoring capability
Positive attitude and ownership mindset
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with occasional extended hours/weekends
Important Notes:
Individual Contributor Role (No People Management)
Candidate must be Bangalore-based
Final Interview will be Face-to-Face in Bangalore
