# Job Description Software Tester cum Pre-Sales / Sales Executive *Company:* MIS WORK INDIA PVT LTD *Position:* Software Tester cum Pre-Sales / Sales Executive *Experience:* Minimum 2 Years *Salary:* Up to 25,000 per month *Location:* Netaji Subhash Place , Pitampura, New Delhi *Employment Type:* Full-Time ## About the Role We are looking for a *Software Tester cum Pre-Sales / Sales Executive* who can take responsibility for testing our *web-based software and mobile applications* and also interact with clients to understand their requirements, explain product features and support the sales process. The ideal candidate should have good software testing knowledge along with *valuable communication, client-handling and product demonstration skills*. ## Key Responsibilities ### 1. Software & Mobile App Testing * Test web applications and mobile applications before releasing them to clients. * Identify bugs, errors, UI issues and functional problems. * Perform functional, regression and basic usability testing. * Test different user scenarios and workflows. * Verify that fixes provided by developers are working correctly. * Maintain proper bug/issue reports and follow up with the development team. * Ensure software is stable and working properly before client delivery. * Test new features and updates released by the development team. ### 2. Client Support & Product Understanding * Understand the complete functionality of our software products. * Guide clients on how to use different features. * Conduct online product demonstrations through Zoom/Google Meet. * Understand client requirements and explain how our existing features can fulfil their needs. * Coordinate with the development team when a client requirement or issue needs technical clarification. * Help prepare feature explanations and basic documentation for clients. ### 3. Pre-Sales & Sales Support * Participate in client calls and product demonstrations. * Explain software features, benefits and use cases to prospective clients. * Understand customer requirements and suggest the appropriate product/features. * Follow up with prospective clients after demonstrations. * Support the sales team in converting leads into customers. * Prepare basic quotations/proposals when required. * Maintain follow-up details and sales activity reports. ## Required Skills * Minimum *2 years of experience in software testing*. * Good understanding of *Web Application and Mobile App Testing*. * Knowledge of Functional Testing, Regression Testing and Bug Reporting. * Ability to understand software workflows and identify issues independently. * Good communication and client-handling skills. * Comfortable conducting software demonstrations online. * Good understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets. * Should be comfortable speaking with clients over phone and Zoom/Google Meet. * Basic understanding of software development processes will be an advantage. * *Sales or pre-sales experience will be an added advantage.* ## Personality We Are Looking For * Good communication skills * Confident while speaking with clients * Quick learner * Responsible and detail-oriented * Able to work independently * Good at finding mistakes and asking the right questions * Customer-friendly attitude * Should have an interest in both *technology and sales* ## Key Performance Areas (KPI) * Quality and accuracy of software testing * Number of bugs/issues identified before client delivery * Proper verification of developer fixes * Quality of client demonstrations * Client understanding and support * Lead follow-ups * Contribution towards sales conversion ## Salary & Experience *Experience:* Minimum 2 years in Software Testing *Maximum Budget:* 25,000 per month *Preferred Candidate:* Someone with 24 years of testing experience who also has good communication skills and is interested in *client interaction, pre-sales and sales*. ### Important This is *not a pure software testing job*. The person will be expected to handle a combination of: *Testing + Client Support + Product Demonstration + Pre-Sales + Sales Follow-up* Candidates who are only interested in testing and do not want to interact with clients may not be suitable for this position.
