01What You Will Do
The role involves executing regression testing, drive script optimization, defining test strategies, and overseeing test execution.Will manage defect lifecycle processes, ensure traceability of test cases, and validate critical business scenarios across integrated systems. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure testing readiness and successful release outcomes.The ideal candidate will execute test cases, Identify opportunities to optimize, automate, provide subject matter expertise, guide testing teams, driving best practices, support automation adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives. Additional Information
The candidate should have a minimum work experience of 4 years in testing and overall work experience of 6 to 7 years. Candidates should have significant experience in software testing, test management tools, and enterprise systems, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive mindset, quality focus, and ability to work with diverse teams are critical for success.
