About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Solution Consultant to lead the implementation and onboarding of our Omnichannel Commerce Platform and Growwizo solution.
The role involves understanding business processes, configuring solutions, training clients, coordinating with the product team, and ensuring successful customer go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client implementation and onboardingUnderstand warehouse, inventory & order management processesConfigure product modules as per client requirementsConduct UAT, training and Go-LiveCoordinate with Product & Development teamsResolve functional queries during implementationPrepare SOPs, training material and implementation documentationEnsure customer success after deploymentCollect product feedback and improvement suggestionsPreferred Background
