Key Responsibilities
**
- Engage with relevant stakeholders as a single point of contact for design aspects
- Represent the design function at governance forums and collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure adherence to standards and principles
- Analyze requirements to create coherent end-to-end designs considering business architecture
- Translate requirements into transition state designs and an executable roadmap
- Deliver cost-effective designs aligned with business and IT architecture
- Document designs according to standard methods
- Ensure solution design alignment with the portfolio or enterprise architecture target state

Qualifications Required
**
- Minimum 12 years of experience in solution design using industry standard models and tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external teams
- Deep understanding of application, data, and infrastructure architecture, including frameworks like TOGAF or ArchiMate
- Experience in designing solutions for complex banking domains such as core banking, payments, lending, and digital channels
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and DevOps practices
- Proven ability to design secure solutions in hybrid cloud environments
- Knowledge of Microservices, APIs, RESTful services, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Experience with data architecture, including data modeling, data engineering, and governance
